Are there weapons with higher energy-on-hit gain than 1?

I can only seem to find 1/-1 energy-on-hit weapons.

I believe "zealous" is only 1/-1.

No there is not. It would be way to powerful to give a ranger a weapon that could give him more energy then +1:-1. With the Expertise I only pay 2 for skills that cost 5, 4 for skills that cost 10, 5 for 15, 9 for 25. With a Zealous string of say 5, I would become a minor God.

Zealous String + Barrage is the way to go. This string is supposed to be coupled with an attack that hits multiple targets. Other than that I can't see it's use.
