My guild is about mid-size in terms of members, but we gain and lose people so much, i asked a few people why they left and they said they felt out of place. This is sad since my guild really has fun together, we goof off in teamspeak, joke with each other help each other all the time AND we actually have a good amount of steady players. someone will be on nightly...it is a guarentee.

Sadly they feel out of place cause some of the members are TO close. We have played other games together for over a year and developed good friendships, we share our hard times and personal problems, we help each other on more than a guild level. So naturally the new people will not "feel" connected to us. We try and get them in Teamspeak so as to chat with us and get to know us better, some are just to shy and dont want to connect verbally i guess. We understand everyone is diffrent and dont say you MUST be in our teamspeak, but it makes it more fun.

Does anyone else lose new members due to this? It is sad, we would love to make more good friends this way, we all met via the modding scene of other games and just played together.

What are some of the longest friendships you have maintained since playing on-line? 2 years for me.

If you ever join a guild or clan in the future and you do not connect immediatly, please give it time. communicate with us next thinng you know we may be pulling you into a private channel to maybe bounce problems off of to get advice or vice versa.
