Yes, I did but the sundering hilt and the dmg_bonus make it a great sword. Tested it myself with my various other ones. The -1 it lacks is only a cosmetic thing, trust me. If you wanna show your sword to others, this is not for you.
Would be willing to negotiate though.

You're overpricing these by a long shot. Although both swords are good, they are not perfect and not worth as much as you are asking for.

+15% damage is good, but when the sword isn't max damage... then it isn't worth as much as a +15% with max damage....

You should see what bids you get rather than putting such a high B/O from the start.
