Can someone please help me with this?

I have:

Purple Heavy Mursaat Hammer of Warding
Blunt dmg 19-35 req. 12 hammer mastery
Dmg. +11% while enchanted
Armor +5 against elemental.

I really have no idea about hammers, from what I gather, the req is high and
the mods aren't great, but It is a max dmg. mursaat, so I don't know how much this is worth. Thanks.
