I have a cruel wrap. Best enchant I have is 12% tho

But Actually I think I have a purple Cruel something Axe of Enchanting(that is the 12%). I know it is enchanting and is max dam with only 8 axe req I used on my mo/w. Just not sureif it is Cruel or not.

ok i got the cruel all i need is the enchant grip but i want a 20% nothing else pls. cmon guys i know someone has to have it.
