Life bond monk

I'v seen many of these around, monks that are able to take incredible amounts of damage with next to no hp. i'm very intereseted and would like anyone opinion or information on a build for this type of prot / smite monk.

I look for any information you may have to offer, what good secondarys are, skill lineups and equipment set ups *as far as runes and upgrades to look for*
