Possibility of Skill Updates before release?

Since the skill listings here are not marked with a date, I cannot tell how recent they are. I was hoping that the skills would be updated some number of days before Release (with release-level information) to allow us a little time to peruse potential characters beforehand, but with ANet's strict NDA, I don't know if the admins/Alphas here are allowed to do that before the game is 'live'.

Admins: can you share any information on this subject?

The skills were updated during the last BWE. Essentially, they are as up to date as they can be. There may be a few alterations between the last BWE and release, however I don't believe there will be more than a handful. [and if this is the case, the skills will be updated to reflect these changes; likely within a day of release]
