attribute quests?

I have already done the droknars forge attribute quest, but am having trouble finding the second one. I heard you have to go speak to Sariss Yassith (the snake guy) in skyward reach, south east of Augury Rock, but all he says is something like "what brings you out here?" and i have no other options for the conversation. Can anyone help me out?

You need to get the quest called "The Forgotten Ones" from Annelle Fipps in Destiny's Gorge first. It leads you to Sariss Yassith and once you talk to him he'll give you the quest called "Forgotten Wisdom" which is the one with 15 attribute points. Head south from him through the portal and it's not too hard of a walk to finish it.

ok... so now that have finally gotten the quest, i gotta go talk this guys brother (Sariss Yassith), problem is his brother is on the top of some hill thing and i cannot find a way up to him. anyone know how to get to him?

Annelle won't give me the quest. Am I missing something?

edit: nm, apparently I have to complete a 2ndary change quest.
edit: tried that, didn't work. hmmm.
edit: did Vanyi mission for 1st 15 pts
edit: Annelle still won't give me quest. Heh.
edit: did another 2ndary quest, still no Forgotten. This is fun. Gonna do them all now.

Maybe you did the second one before the first one?

I was told that I had to do Vanyi's in Droknar's mission before I could even attempt Annelle's, so I'm guessing I can't have messed up the quest order. Also, I haven't seen any quests in this game taht were undoable if done in some improper order.

I did the one in the desert before I even ascended. So you didn't mess up. You might have done the quest given by Annelle already... BTW, Annelle is NOT the one who give you the 15 attr, it's the Snake which the Annelle quest leads to.

To deagle. There's an arm fallen from a statue which acts as a bridge to get to the second snake guy. Search the hill opposite to where that snake guy is for an opening and cross that bridge.
