Who to go to

Hey I was playing the beta and I wanted to see what it was like to create a guild but I couldn't find where to go. I looked all over asscalon and the place where the catacombs are but I couldn't find it anywhere. If anyone can tell me where to go before the game comes out it would be most apreciated

hes called the guild registrar and hes in ascalon after you go through that acadamy.

also the highest level if youre talking about character level is 20.

To create a guild you must talk to the NPC called the Guild Registrar. There is one as early as "pre seared" Ascalon. Talking to him allows you to get a cape and create you guild... to do anything that really has to do with GvG and such, you must get to Lions Arch where you need to pay 1 Celestial Sigil to buy a guild hall. You can either win this by getting to the Hall of Heroes and winning, or buy it for a hefty price.

There are only 20 levels in Guild Wars. Numbers 1 through 19 are like tutorial.

The max level isn't even on the list of options, ie 20.

The max level in the game is 20. We have a stickied thread dealing with leveling, levels, level 20, etc...of a similar name.
