Please help me with axe W/Mo

Now i've been reading w/m builds here and all i ever see is sword of hammer and i was wandering if someone could help me get a really good build for PvE and PvP.

16 axe
10 smiting
9 strength

Strength of Honor
Judges Insight
Penetrating Blow
Executioners Strike
Sprint
Frenzy
Bulls Strike
Eviscerate {E}

That's a basic one. Zealous weapon of course.

For PvE, your best bet is going healing for 'live vicariously' and vigorous spirit, maybe even balthazar's spirit. Get in the thick of it, and cyclone axe will give you a tremendous boost to your health with each swing.

The rest is up to you. I'd suggest Battle Rage, penetrating blow, executioners strike, and another attack or condition removal. Simply sit in there, cyclone axe to fill your adrenaline, and spam penetrating blow and exec. strike with cyclones when available.
