The CD in the retail box has most all of the game data on it. There may have been some small changes since the game went gold which you will have to download, but it will be a much smaller download than if you're just using your data from the BWE's. There is a lot of content which was inaccessable during the BWE's, and the retail CDs will have all the data for those areas(minus changes in the past week or so), which your BWE client does not have.

With all this talk about places selling GW early, I might have to see when they'll let me buy it at my local Gamestop- hopefully I'll be able to pick it up tomorrow so that I don't have to waste precious playing time driving down to the store!

I was just in the renton fry's today and they had new flyers posted throughout the pc games section, and up front where the ad gets posted

i found the last one ironic because the name of the community relations manager was gaile gray, which is the same one posting here, i'd love to hear from you comfirming who will all be there, including yourself, and if you do plan on going, what time exact.

Best Buy refuses to sell the game before Thursday, which annoys me slightly. The annoying part being how rude the guy was and the fact he had no idea what the hell he was talking about hehe. Anyways, talked to Gamestop and they will let me buy the game today. Losing out on $10 though.

I would wait until Thursday, but it's a 45 minute drive and I'll be going that way today anyways. I'd rather not make 2 trips.

Pssst!! Spend 0.99 at Target to buy one of the "GW Demo" disks (to the GW folk dat be "GW Pre-Order" box) so you can play today and save $10 on a BB copy tomorrow. Of course if you don't have DSL/cable you might want to install and DL the updates during a nice long dinner...

I walked into eb games yesterday w/o a preorder and just picked it up on the 26th. No need to go to Fry's.
