Since your account is already set up - Just click on the "lost your password" button...

well he didnt say he lost his pass... you should still be able to log in, and its account bassed so you shouldnt ever have to reenter

I have some new information about Preorder Items: As it turns out, a player account can have more than one preorder item on his or her account. Here is how it will work: You will have an Account Information Page for your Guild Wars account. On that page, you'll be able to do a lot of things, including inputting the retail key when you put up your copy of the game on April 28th. In addition, you could upgrade from the standard edition to the Collector's Edition, if you find that you can't live without the game soundtrack, the headphones, the Art of Guild Wars book and the Divine Aura. But most interestingly, you can also input an additional preorder key or keys, if you should so desire. Incidentally, the Account Info Page will be useful in the future, as we add the newer chapters of Guild Wars, and possibly as we have other opportunities where keys will be useful. You shouldn´t have to insert the pre-order key again, you already did that in the betas - If you can´t log on after that you only have to clic the "lost password" button....?

I have a bizzare question..
So if you preorder but dont buy the game do you still get the preorder item?
Because i have 2 preorders, One that i bought and a fully paid for one my brother bought for me.
Obviously im only going to use one of them.

I tell you what, though: If you have difficulties, click "Support" on the site, and the nice people on that team will help you out. Again, though, if you input your access key last fall and have been playing on that account ever since, and if you know the account name and password, then you should be good to go for Early Access and need only enter one more key: The retail access key.

Regarding multiple pre-order items... I have 2 pre-order keys but they are used for different accounts. Could you still use them both to unlock 2 items on 1 account? Or will it complain that it's in use?

As far as I know...you can enter any number of pre-order keys on the 'Edit Account' screen at startup. In theory you could have access to all the pre-order items...assuming you have all the pre-order codes!

when the full release is out, and you try to login to your account you will need to enter your Gamekey (so not the preorder one) and you will be able to access your account.

I don't think they would ever wipe all the preorder accounts that didn't go to retail. No reason to.
As it stands now, each retail chain gets a different item associated with the presale package. If you go to each retailer and pay the $5 for it you own that item. If you come back and pay for the full retail after the fact doesn't really matter. They have their $5 and you have your item.

You all read my first post here about entering the keys. Yes you can have two keys on one account per Gaile, quoted in my first post with link to The Guild Hall were she told eveyrone that. Geez!

I have no idea whether keys will be freed when you close the associated account. It would make sense if they did. I suggest you try when the early access starts, and tell us how it worked. You *wil*l be able to close an account, since the EULA say so.

Interesting note about multiple preorder keys:
I just tried to log into the game right now and it threw the EULA at me, and then asked me to enter my preorder key. I entered it and it said I already had that key attached to my account. Obviously they're very supportative of people using multiple preorder keys now...
