i am assuming he means the bonus during the missions, and i believe it does.

No, it does not.

Bonuses give you 1000xp, but no extra skill point. Still, if you haven't done some of the easier bonuses, you probably should, just for the extra 1000.

I would not bother about bonusses after level 20. You will get xp and skillpoints enough by normal gameplay.

Bonus = 1000 XP ONLY

Skill points are earned by completing the missions.

To be honest, bonuses become pointless fairly quickly.

With all the extra hassle the bonus objectives are, it *should* give a skill point. But it does not. Would make it easier to get all your skills at the end of the game.
