if you have different sets of armor, like one set of armor for AL and one set for energy, is there a way to quickly switch between them sides opening your inventory and draging them one by one?

There used to be a way on one of the previous betas, but apparently they removed it for its complexity to set up. Currently I don't think it's possible anymore, but I'd love to be wrong.

The above poster is correct. During the February Beta there was a system in which you could assign entire outfits (rather than only weapons) to the f1 through f4 keys. But they took it out. Don't know why.

Realism concept.

Figure it like this... Which is more likely to happen? Quick swapping a weapon in the middle of a fight, or changing clothes?

And then there is this problem. If you can easily have any set of armor you want for specific benefits you don't have to work around an adversity. You just side step it to your own advantage.

Taking it out gave a much more skill inclined preference balance to it. You choose what you want to wear by preference to your character objective and effectively "come to terms" with how to best utilize that in any situation, whether it be an adverse or advantageous disposition you are percieving it from. ( The more you consign in-game material to the individual's skill adaptability, the more you inherently assign an impromtu balance to it. Doesn't mean its perfect, just means it makes you rely more on your own insightful skill learning at the moment.)

Wew. I'm glad they took that out lol. I would hate it especially if I were an air elementalist or mesmer.

Oh, and yes, that isn't very realistic.

Foci technique, of switching to energy mode when you need it. Armour gives alot more energy, giving you an even greater hidden mana potion then a foci.
