WTB max dmg necro wand with +12 energy and skill recharge

I'm looking for a max-dmg necro wand with +energy and either skill recharge or casting speed boost. My character is a blood-14/death-10 necro.

EDIT: +12 energy not required, so long as it's a decent energy amount and >50% life
