I saw the word "Gwen" so naturaly i just had to come in here 
anyways maybe anet is going to add something about it later, or its just to show that Gwen feels sorry for buring everyone and gives you a peice of worthless tapestry to prove it...

Personally, I think Gwen is a Charr spy, sent to infiltrate the system leading to the total downfall of Ascalon.
