Faction points HELP!!!

ive got like 3k faction points with balthazar.. where is his priest? i think theres one in droknars, but where else?

or if its already on the site can sum1 plz tell me where?

It is in every major city like ascalon, lions arch, henge of denravi, amnoon oasis, and the forge. You might not find it so press alt or control i forgot which when you enter a city and run around. Anyways u have the right key if you see green things light up on your screen with npc names on it. Just run around till u see the priest and talk to it. I think the priest in ascalon is the easiest one to find it is on the outer rim of the city.
