I doubt you are going to get a 15>50 halfmoon for 100k or under. Why don't you use MCS's escrow service (I think it's still free), or trade with ectos for the remaining money over 100k?

I have items to use as collateral if need be for peace of mind if you prefer not to use mcs. free4all is right, only chance you might have to find ha half moon max dmg with 15>50 for less than 100k is if you can find someone in LA that has no clue what they have.

Very Lucky, +15>50 at the low end go for about 150K+

I do have this one here It's 15 < 50 so not exactly what you're after, but it does have a +29 health mod and still under 100k
