WTB / Looking For Shield

Im looking for a Low Tactic base shield (4-6 tactics) def 12+ with 2 mods
Quick Recovery from Bleeding and -2 or -3 recieved dmg while enchanted.

Paying top dollar

I have a tall shield in my collection that is 16 armor, 9 req (I think), -2 damage enchanted and quick recovery from blind. I think blind is FAR more annoying than bleeding. If you are interested, let me know. I am expecting top dollar, so its good that's what you are paying . . .
