This morning I fired up GW and when the game screen would normally appear I got a "no signal" from my monitor. Normally this would occur when a resolution not supported by my monitor was attempted. I can TAB back to my desktop no problem, but when I go back to GW the "no signal" comes back. The resolution was set at a useable value when I last played, and was not windowed (it was full screen). I have an NVidia 6600gt and a Princeton U72 monitor (I don't remember what resolution GW is currently set to).
I was thinking I might be able to get the game to show if I can resize the game window, since my WinXP desktop veiws properly. And maybe from there I can try different resolutions to see what will work. Does anyone know a keyboard shortcut that would change the game screen from full to windowed? Or does anyone have other suggestions? Nothing was changed that may have prompted this problem (ie, no hardware or driver changes since last login).
Thanks in advance
no signal, nothing was changed

This is most likely caused by an out of range refresh rate. If you haven't tried rebooting your system do so.
If you have changed or updated anything at all relating to core system components like hardware or software, revert.
You might simply have to get something that locks the refresh rate.
