Received damage -3 (while hexed)
Received damage -2 (while in stance)

I've never sold or seen a dual negative received damage shield. They good, or bad?

They are good. I'm told the bonuses stack, so if you are hexed in a stance, you get -5 damage. If it were enchanted and stance as the two mods, I would buy it in a second.

Of course, if it was enchanted and stance it would be -2/-2.
