N/W question

ive been looking at a lot of N/W builds and it sounds very apealing. I didn't try one in the last BWE so i was wondering how effective theyre in pvp and if they could be used as a tank type in pve. i was also wondering which line would be more effective for stealing life, the blood magic line or curses.

lol ok thank you, that would be greatly appreciated. it sounded like they would be decent in pvp, being able to hack your opponent down while draining his life at the same time but i guess i was wrong. guess ill just stick to my usual e/mo or e/me build

another quick quesiton if you dont mind, when a target is set on fire does that immobolize him or her?
