Armor from a collector, is it customized?

I have items I want to get from a desert collector.

I want a guild member to get the piece for me because I'm in the Wilds still.

Will the peice he gets from the collector be customized for him or will it be empty?

for him only.

whoever retrieves the piece will be customized for their charac.
