BWE Client Question

when i heard of the tweaks on the sign in page with the camp on the BWE client, i decided to check it out. so just for the hell of it, i decided to sign in. when i did that, it took me to a terms of agreement page and i hit "agree". After i did that, it took me to that CD-key screen. Why did it do that? i already have an account and i already put in a CD-key. Can anyone tell me why it did this?

My best guess would be that you used a key from a friend's pass and that has expired.

Well, i know that's not the case. Cuz i gave a friend the pass beofore i put mine in. And i still have the black card.

this is happening with everyone dont worry about it. people believe it has to do with them clearing accounts.

If you notice it says that the event youre entering the key for is the april beta event.

I'd just ignore it, its happening to everyone not just you

Correction*

Ignore my original response; just read about a similar situation in another thread and have the same message on my account. Seems to be a result of a wipe.

Because there's no event running that the keys you currently have entered would allow you access to.

(Note, I'm not implying there's some event running you don't have access to. The above statement is perfectly true even if no events are running at all. I do suspect certain people can still get in, though. Testers, possibly some reviewers, who knows...)
