They're abominations. Theres some in Post-Searing Ascalon in the area after the Flame Temple Corridor. As well as Perdition Rock(outside of the Ember Light Camp). They do some necro spells in my experince.

I think those are Flesh Demons. Abominations are only found in Dragon's Gullet, and this is definitly Perdition Rock.
