WTB shields that have alltime health 25+ and a mod...i.e.reduced dmg,poison,crippled etc...

If it is tactics it must be 9 or lower!!!! Stregnth must be 12 or lower. that is a must.

I dont care so much about what type (eternal,tower, etc...)

I will offer/pay accordingly to what type/hp/mod/req/ each shield is. I will not try to lower your price....u tell me the price and i will say yes or no. I will NOT haggle your price.
