Runes - Questions

These may seem like really streight forward questions to many of you but it would help me a great deal if somebody could answer them for me.

What are runes?

What do they do?

How do you get them?

How do you use them?

Runes are items that increase attributes for the most part, but some increase health and damage absorbtion

You get runes from salvage items that have "unidentified" attributes or whatever you want to call them, or you can always buy them. To get them out of the armor, identify them and then use an EXPERT salvage kit. Not regular. Expert. Also, you can buy them from the rune trader assuming you are in post-searing

Just double click the rune then click on the armor you want on them.
