Too much junk,can't sell

I have too much stuff I wanna sell but it seems I'm lacking the skills to sell what I have,so I wanted to ask if I can post what I wanna sell somewhere here on the forums and whoever want to buy it will contact me.If there is such a place plz tell me where.
