Knights or Platemail?

Pretty simple question. Which is better? Is the 5 extra armor or the reduces damage a better thing to have? What are the advantages of each?

Theres been some discussion about this and from what I remember the best combination is a full suit of Plate with Knights Gloves or Boots.

Well to get the reduse damage thing you have to only wear 1 knight armor part, so I use 15k platemail and Knights Gloves with them.

i use 15k ascalon armor couse the platemail looks kinda gay and i tried it all plate one peice of knigt armor and i was taking same damge as wearing all knights armor. both thhis armor had sup absorption.

There is no best. Lots of people use full Gladiator's with knights boots. The extra energy helps immensely.

Gladiators with knights boots unless you are hammer warrior in which case stoneskin gauntlets work for gloves.

Since you only need 1 piece of knights armor for full effect the answer is really obvious.
