im not sure about the sword since its not max dmg but i bet around 100k since some max dmg ones go for 400k i think that one would be around 100k. and strom bow if its max then 15k-20k.

non max dmg are worth nothing.. u can salvage that hilt andsell it for 100k easily tho.

50K for the storm. And IF you happen to find a crystalline fanatic for the sword, you could get 40K or so. But since the sword has two good mods, you are better off salvaging it. +28HP is around 40K, and the hilt around 100K.
