^^ has to be max & gold with 10str req or so

500k is just could be just a "starting" price depending on the shield.

the build im working on requires 4 tactics ;/
dont think im gonna find a str shield wit those stats.
So i guess i just need a str shield but thx for showin anyways.

Still lookin for this shield str req.. ill up it to 700K <--------

Lightning Dmg: 6-28 (req. 9 Axe)
Damage +15% (when enchanted)
Enchantments last 12% longer.

It is a blue item, not a gold one.
