Farming Question

ok, i need answers from serious farmers or facts.
ok first question lets start with henchmens,
if ur gonna farm by urself, would u get a better drop rate, i mean rare ones than u do with henchmens?
second question but this time with ppl

im not 100% sure but you do get more drops by yourself then with hench, but not sure about rar ones i think it all works the same.

and i think its the same with people.

usually when farming with real people, the drops are equally distributed among members. you know in order...person A gets the butterfly sword, person B gets the fire wand, person C gets 49 gold. get it?
with henchmen though, you get drops but the henchmen are counted as "real people." so..YOU get holy rod, Alesia the healer gets rare fellblade, Tim the Brawler gets rare storm bow. but of course the henchmen don't actually pick it up and what they pick up doesn't show in the message box.
so farming alone is better because you get all the drops.

you can test this theory in gates of kryta.

If you are in a party, the drops get shared between everyone. So, unless you are Guild Farming, all farming is to be done solo only.

oops mistypo...yes the gold gets split within your party..

people usually don't disclose locations of their farming areas, but if you just search around the forums you'll see some people giving away their locations..

it depends also if you want your farming items to be like near max damage or certain items. if you want like storm bows just head over to underworld. the farther you're in the game the most higher chance your weapon drop will be near max damage or max damage. you know?

would u mind sharing where "u" get ur max dmg items or rare ones
