Stats for Animal Companions?

I like the Ranger's Beastmastery abilities, and while I'm a ways from building a full on beastmaster, I'm curious about the GW's animal's stats.

I've heard base stats are all the same, and they go through "evolutions" upon certain level breaks.

What I'm curious about is if there's a baseline difference between, say a Stalker and a Bear, or a Moa Bird or Warthog, and where the hard info might be?

There are different stats but I have no clue what they are.

I was also wondering how do you choose your pet in PvP?

You don't.You simply equip the Charm Animal skill and they give you a level 20 Elder Wolf.

So then people with other pets like bears are really just lvl 20 RP?

Does anyone know where one could find out the different stats??

you equip the skill and go find an animal to charm, im waiting to get to the desert to get a dune lizard or a fern lizard in maguuma. Or if Im lucky enough to get to UW i want a spider
