Hell's Precipice

Using a recently discovered Mursaat Time Machine, a message was sent to the past to alert the people of Ascalon of their impending doom at the hands of the Charr. Two brave heroes, a Monk and a Mesmer/Necromancer found this message and set off past the wall to stop the Charr's evil plans.

After clearing out several Charr patrols, our heroes were in sight of the strange altar the Charr intended on using to break through the Great Northern Wall.

Four great Charr warlords stood guard around the altar to prevent meddling. Our heroes crafted a plan to eliminate the minor Charr that were protecting those warlords.

The Charr warlords, stripped from their minions, fell before the might of our heroes.

And so it was done. Our heroes stood atop the platform and gazed at what should have been.

The Charr's evil plans have been undone and the beloved wilderness of northern Ascalon has been set free of its fiery captures! Our heroes double checked the area to make sure the Charr threat was eliminated and eliminated it was. The Charr's plans of destroying Ascalon has been averted! A world that was once known as post-searing has vanished and in its place is a strong and vibrant kingdom of Ascalon that will last long into the future!

if you take a look at the cutscene of the searing you would notice that the group there in presearing is a different group than the one in the cutscene so you only took out the guards not the guy doing the searing.... unless somehow im wrong which tends to happen all too often.

and as for the title of the post we would still exist as we were there befor the searing as well if you would like me to get into a multiple dimentional theory proving that timetravel is indeed possible yet however the past would still be unchangeable i could explain it to you...

Too bad searing happens anyway. -_-'' Either way, we all must face the inevitable.

no, basicly what they did there was do the "Over the North Wall" mission where you can get tight to the charr pot in pre-searing. It can be pretty interesting to say the least. If your good, lots of people keep going there over and over for the exp from killing the Charr.

ive done it once, it was fun, but not something i can see myself doing for very long, it seems too cheap, i did it with a lvl 15... kinda hope i dont end up facing that guy in the pvp area to go to searing..

When are people goign to learn, Humans can't change time. In the stream of times Humans are like tiny pebbles, and throwing one tiny pebble into a rushing stream will not alter its course.

Kender, however, are a different story all together

*wonders if anyone will get the reference and quote*

Oh and very nice pics BTW
