HOW much life do sup vigors give? and can u stack them ( like if u had 1 in leggings and have 1 in gauntlets would they give double the life)?

You cannot stack runes. And since I've never seen a superior rune of vigor (let alone a superior in general), I don't know.

Sup Vigor gives +50 HP...and no runes stack.

i wihs they did stack tho, sup vigor should be plus 75 health to compensate for the sup runes

They shouldn't stack because then you'ld simply see people with setups such as superior swordsmanship, minor vigor, minor vigor, minor vigor, superior absorbtion. 3 minor vigors would cancel out the negative on the swordsmanship and leave al ittle bit extra. This is called min/maxing and has no place in this game.
