where do i get there first quest thats gives tyou 15 attribute points....ty

I believe you get it in Seekers Passage in the desert.

You get the first 15 point attribute quest in Destiny Gorge.

The first one is begun in Destiny's Gorge. It is called The Forgotten Ones - you find a snake in the desert who sends you to another snake in the desert - The Forgotten Wisdom. It is the second snake that gives you the extra att points.
