elite skills???[nooby question]

I know this is a noob question but I didn't found how 2 get elite skills

Elite Skills must be captured from Monster Heros, using the Signet of Capture. You can initially get the Signet of Capture from one of the NPCs in Lion's Arch. You need to do a pretty simple quest to get it.

Yep - but you'll encounter your first elite skills in the desert missions; they're abundant throughtout the game from then on.

Before you reach the Crystal Desert, you will only be able to capture normal skills from bosses.

You need to get the capture signet, which only works on bosses. For the elite skills check this site out:

You know, mostly everything is properly explained and learned from playing through the game normally
