I'm running around in Old Ascalon and other villages to try an find a Storage. But I can't find one. Is there a Storage at all? Can't find anything about it in the manual.

In Pre-Searing, no there's no storage. Post-Searing there's an Agent in every town I've been to.

They're called Xunlai Agents [Storage].
Hold down ALT in a town and look around. You should be able to see them.
