WTB: Chaos axe with +damage while health over 50%

I'm looking for a basic Chaos Axe with +% damage over 50% health, preferably affordable ones (10% to 13%). I don't want some crazy 3:1 Vampiric or +30hp that will cause the price to shoot up to 400k, I already have what I want to put into it. Please leave in game name or other form of contact and price.

I got max dmg with +11%>50

I have no idea what it's worth though...
