Now I have seen it all on here...

In the past we have all seen "creative", if not devious ways of making a little coin in this game....heck, guilty of a little farming (in person, not bot) myself...arguably a necessary evil. There was the classic casino's, bot farming, chest farming, runs to cities for fees, monks charging for services..etc.

Now, last night, I'm in LA, and across the chat wire comes the following...

"WILL DO A RANKED BATTLE AGAINST YOUR GUILD AND LOSE ON PURPOSE TO HELP YOUR RANKING....5P"

Dont know if this has been posted before, but this, along with botting, has to be the most sickening thing I have seen yet....and I actually thought the casino's were a good idea really, I was upset I didn't think of it....but I digress. How big of a loser do you have to be to take a dive in a video game....really. Not going to mention the guild or person related, as I will follow the rules of the board here, but if you see this message posted, please ridicule them and make fun of their upbringing.

You can't arrange and make it a ranked battle I believe. So the guys just scamming.

sure u can....guild battle/click rated challenge/type in the name of the guild....

Isn't that if 2 guild officers or leaders etc.. agree to make it ranked its ranked so if the guy is the leader or officer than u only need a leader or officer to do it?

Try it. If you could actually do that and get away with it, do you think people would still have losses in the top 50?

Only people I can think of that do this kinda crap is XA, the 35-0 yet super low ranking is fishy.

I dont wanna try it....thats the point of the post. And I would hope that if a guild is truly competitive, they wouldn't want a gimme win anyway. My pride won't let me cheat, if I win that way, there just isn't any satisfaction. Hopefully there are enuff like minded people in the game to keep the rankings legit.

Yea thats pretty sad. Its a fricking guild ranking it doesnt mean that much. The game is to have fun..

My favorite way of making cash is playing "Paper, Rock, Scissors" and place bets on them.

My opinion is, let them waste their 5 plat.

In the end, when it comes right down to it, their ranking will be so high up the chain they will HAVE TO fight, and their inability to do so on even ground will be blaringly apparent, they will look like utter morons, and have less coin to boot.

Except people don't do it as often because they know paper, rock, scissors takes actual skill (you can't deny it).

It's against the rules. That's obviously collusion of the most idiotically obvious kind. Report it if you see it.
