If you salvaged that grip you could get a lot more, because the 19% while hexed isn't too great. Just use expert salvag kit, and you will get that +29 health grip which goes for a good amount.

I bet someone would pay 10k for it in hopes of salvaging the grip.

I thought since it said fortitude that meant that that was the grip, and that was what would be salvaged, that's how it always worked for me.
