WTB Max Dmg Sword req<12 +X% HP>50%

Hi all,

I am looking to buy a max damage sword with a requirement of 12 or less swordsmanship. I would like this sword to have +10% damage or more when health is greater than 50%. But, I am not willing to pay a fortune as I do not enjoy farming. So I do not need 15% nor do I need a sexy sword like crystillan or fellblade. Simplicity gets the job done. I prefer sword to be as clean as possible (no added mods I can add them myself as needed). I am simply looking for a sword with some killing monster value. I am stuck in the Iron Mines of Moladune and I begining to blame my sword hehe.

Please tell me your asking price and hopefully we can make a deal. Thank you.
