For your characters life total... do your professions impact how much health you get when you advance a level?
ex. Does a level 2 warrior get more life than a level 2 elementalist?

Nope everyone of the same level has the same health. The difference comes in the armor they wear and the damage reduction of that armor.

No, profession does not alter health. Leveling, some skills and runes do.
