Good w/e-combo is knockdown hammerite with aftershock + armor of earth. Damage, and some tanking ability.
W/M with tanking and damage.. Paladin prebuilt. Sucks in the long run, but it can tank things and put some things down too.

Enigmatics
W/Mo: Uses Vigorous Spirit, Mend Ailment, B-spirit, and Healing Breeze. Also stacks Defy and Endure Pain to attain around 1k max health (usually a consistent 750). This build works great in the final missions of the game, providing you have a monk heal you.
