Question is can you get into the extra 70% areas by downloading instead of using the retail cd. I ask this because I live overseas and will not be getting the retail cd for a week or so. I would rather download all the content then have to wait.

P.S. - I have a friend picking up the game for me, so I'll have the retail cd key.

If the extra 70% is included on the cd, then its best to install. If not, you will just download everything as you go.
