less llife = less dmg taken, considering the protective bond (take 5% of you max life as dmg, but lose some mana when you do) monk build which everyone runs now. BTW less dmg taken = easier for healing breeze to heal you(say you lose 5 per hit, out of a 100 max-healing breeze at 7 regen brings 14 life per second thus making it pretty hard to kill you) , thus you can put less points into healing prayers.

I HATE to highjack the thread, but this question has been lingering for me dfor some time. Is dmg from any and all sources health based or is it certain things, ie E spells or N spells?

That's exactly my build (but I use Protective Spirit instead) meaning the less health i have; the less dmg the monsters are capable of dealing. Right now I'm at 105 (With 5 Superior Runes) so each hit only deals 10 Dmg to me. I'm looking to get as low on HP as possible! My friend told me he has a Negative 10 one... that he found from Presearing. I'm sure the max for this type of mod has got to be somewhere around 20 though or atleast I would hope so.

coolyguy what you want to look for is a offhand with -20, which is the max, the mod comes with +4-5 armor and - 20 life, had found a few before--just keep IDing those blue/purp offhands these aren't that rare

-50 Health is the max i have seen for an off-hand.
