Where is a good place to get a recording program, for Guild Wars movies?

I don't know a good place to put this thread, just a general question I was wondering:

Where is a good website/place to get a program so I can make video out of playing Guild Wars (Like make videos similar to the popular solo-videos I've viewed)? I've been wondering for awhile now.

ive been using gamecam for a while now, it kinda slows down some fps the pc, but you can record as much info as you can

along the slowdown line, if you have anti-aliasing turned on turn it off for movies... (I noticed considerable slowdown to 10 fps for 2x anti-aliasing and 5 fps for 4x anti-aliasing... )
