Each of those is easily worth at least 200k. At LEAST.
I would say 500k or so on the Chaos and 300k on the Mursaat and those prices may very well be low.
Don't even think of selling them for less than that.

Yeah on the Chaos I'd say 250k-300k...prices kinda dropped on them..I sold one last time with the exact dmg mod and req for 100k+17 ectos..

lol its around 300-400k i've seen people accept those offers, tidusrage, u apparently want the axe cuz you told him to give you his sn, so don't try to rip him off posting that its only worth 200k

friend just sold a 14>50 chaos for 175k, given it was 13 req. not all too bad, hope that helps
