Is it true u can get 100 blades (elite) from Gorgaan Hatemonger from the breach? (he is a charr)

You used to be able to, but you can't anymore. They took off elites from bosses before the Crystal Desert. It's been this way for a while now.

No, it's much easier, just very long. Just make sure you have a designated puller.

dont bother - 100 blades is crap, skill in itself isn that bad - but its block elite slot which you can spend on smth really useful from your 2nd profession for example

the only reason it was made elite was to nerf iW builds, which have been duly shafted by nr and general enchant awareness/removal. Thus, blades is uselessly elite.

Hundred Blades is unpopular because of targets having to be adjacent for the damage to spread to them. It's quite a good PvE skill; if you don't mind not tanking as well.
