Title says it all... I'm looking for the collector's +12 energy focus with 20% skill recharge and 20% cast speed for blood magics.

Does anyone know which collectors carry this item?

There's a collector right outside of droknar's, specifically Talus Chute. Requires 5 Avicara Scalps for 20/20 Blood & Death offhands.
